Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Great value & service as always. On this occasion, neede to involve their Customer Srvice Team as I had a toner cartridge that had developed a fault and was leaking and spoiling my printing. However, as I suspected, this was a straightforward exercise and they sorted a replacement within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Rapid delivery, easy to install. Good price, Cheap way of bringing my Ricoh SPC250DN back to life. Fantastic print quality. This is the third toner cartridge I have bought over 3 years. A bargain!

Despite the description saying it was compatible with my Ricoh SP240 DN printer it simply produces an incompatible Toner message. Awaiting resolution
