Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Excellent service. Easy to order and to pay and the cartridge was well packed and delivered the next day. The savings made by using a compatible product compared to a Ricoh one are substantial and there is no appreciable difference in either the installation which was easy Kevin the quality. Would definitely use again and recommend
