Design

The duplex feature on the Lexmark MS825dn is automatic and will help you to keep your office eco-friendly. The printer has an LCD display in colour to help to manage the functions of the printer easily. There are two feed trays included – a 550-sheet main tray and a 100-sheet multipurpose tray, but the printer is designed so that additional paper feed trays can be added. The dimensions of the printer are 44.5x42.8x51 cm with a unit weight of 25.4 kg.

Advantages

The MS825dn Lexmark has a high print speed of 66 ppm and can print onto a variety of paper types including envelopes and labels. The various connectivity options make this a good choice in a variety of working environments. This printer has a first page print time of just four seconds. The unit is perfect for environments where high volumes of printing are needed and there are high yield toner cartridges made for this printer that offer 55,000 pages of printing before they need to be replaced.

Disadvantages

This mono MS825dn printer model does have some disadvantages including the lack of copy and scan functions and no colour printing. It is a good quality printer but may not be able to meet the needs of a very busy office. It is also limited on paper sizes as it only handles up to A4. The compact size of this printer might mean that it could go anywhere in the office, but its weight could make it difficult to move around.
