Your printer warranty is safe

By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I was disappointed with wrong cartridges delivered at first and price was given different too than what I paid when I ordered on line on my first order but after calling back and very pleasant dealing from one of the staff. I was very happy when I got the delivery next day but still out of budget because had to pay more and had to lay out more money until I get refund.
