What a service ! printer out of ink, ordered new cartridge after tea, delivered within just over 12 hours and me still in my jimjams !!

In spite of the claims online that this was compatible with HP printers……the one I ordered was not. I could not get it to print at all, as my machine recognised it was not an original HP cartridge. I had to call CartridgeSave and I have to say they were very good in exchanging the defunct cartridge for an HP one. Friendly and swift service - well done for that!

If you can't afford the OEM replacement, this one certsinly fits the bill. No problems with it yet.
