Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

The cartridge arrived 22 hours after it was ordered, the parcel was not damaged and the lady deivering it was very professional. I immediately inserted it into my Laser printer so that the printer was working again in less than a day. The trial print was perfect. You have a very satisfied customer who highly recommends your products.

The new cartridge arrived as promised but took several days because of Easter. It was easy to install and is working well. Sadly, I am unable to return the old one using a freepost label printable from the website as I used to do. Recycling toner cartridges locally appears to be difficult too.
