Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I have used cartridges from Cartridge Save for many years without any problems. However when I recently replaced my 3 colour cartridges, the magenta one just wouldn't be accepted - the printer kept telling me to replace it, when I just had. I rang (which was answered very promptly) and given something to try to re-set the printer. However, that still didn't work, so I rang back. They sent me free a replacement cartridge which arrived the next day and worked perfectly. They even gave me a link for a free post return of the faulty one. Excellent service - thanks very much. (And excellent cartridges with just the one exception).

Cartridge arrived rapidly. It was replacement for faulty one and was replaced immediately with no hassle. I’ve ordered from this company before and had good customer service
