I have always purchased cartridges from the company for some years for my Samsung laser printer. Recently I bought imaging unit and waste toner. Items are delivered the very next day. The members of staff I have been in contact over the years have been very helpful. Professional and friendly. When something goes wrong with the printer they give me the right advice and then accordingly I purchase items to fix the problem. The supply instructions for installation of replacement items. The prices of items are reasonable.Their service is excellent

I purchased this and another item recently from Cartridge Serve. Placing the orders was quick and easily understood and the items were dispatched immediately and received the next day, as promised. The companies products are always reliable and well worth purchasing.

Unit slotted directly into my Samsung C480FW without any problems. Price and print quality excellent, as good as the original. Would recommend to anyone with A Samsung printer. Why spend more?
