Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I have always purchased cartridges from the company for some years for my Samsung laser printer. Recently I bought imaging unit and waste toner. Items are delivered the very next day. The members of staff I have been in contact over the years have been very helpful. Professional and friendly. When something goes wrong with the printer they give me the right advice and then accordingly I purchase items to fix the problem. The supply instructions for installation of replacement items. The prices of items are reasonable.Their service is excellent

Unit slotted directly into my Samsung C480FW without any problems. Price and print quality excellent, as good as the original. Would recommend to anyone with A Samsung printer. Why spend more?
