Designed for creative printing needs, the Samsung CLP-360 is a robust laser printer with customisable colour profiles to help users achieve maximum high-quality output. As one of the world's smallest colour lasers, the Samsung CLP-360 colour laser printer is a space and energy-saving device, too, but it can be expensive to run on its low yield printer cartridges.

Design

The ergonomic Samsung CLP-360 colour printer measures 15 inches wide, 12.2 inches deep, and 8.3 inches tall without the paper tray. The CLP360 colour laser printer from Samsung features a 50-sheet output tray and a 150-sheet input tray. The CLP 360 laser printer is integrated with a 300MHz processor, and the entire unit weighs 9.85Kg.

Advantages

The polymerised toner used by the Samsung CLP-360 offers crisper and more vivid output in either colour or monochrome. Printouts will not fade fast and image gloss is improved. The Samsung CLP-360 printer is compact and can fit most desktops without overcrowding. With versatile media handling, users can print on a wide range of paper types including cotton, card stock, recycled, and pre-printed sheets. The Samsung CLP360 is fast for its size, too, at up to 18ppm in monochrome.

Disadvantages

The Samsung CLP-360 printer cannot be shared by multiple users because of the limited and non-expandable 32MB of memory. Only high-speed USB 2.0 is available as the standard interface. The Samsung CLP-360 could be better with an automatic duplexer and direct print options from memory cards and digital cameras. There are no high capacity Samsung CLP-360 consumables available for this printer although it is possible to purchase a set of the standard yield Samsung CLP-360 cartridges to save money. Speed greatly decreases when printing in colour.
