Is the Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4015dn as good as its name is long? Well what you get is an inkjet colour printer, with built in duplexer and a very high monthly paper cycle (20,000 pages). The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4015dn is more suited to the business market, but its low price tag doesn't rule out small-business or home business users.
Design
The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4015dn has a no-thrills design, there's no external screen or intuitive control panel. The printer measures 460 x 420 x 284 mm which is fairly average for a business printer. The WP-4015dn comes with a back-fed paper tray that can hold up to 50 sheets, there's also a separate tray, which can hold a further 250. This may prove to be too small for businesses that print large documents regularly.
Advantages
The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4015dn is designed to handle a large workload – it can manage a monthly cycle of over 20,000 sheets! It also features duplex technology, allowing you to not only save money on print costs, but save the environment too. Print speeds are impressive, spitting out 26 ppm for mono and 24ppm for colour.
Disadvantages
Connectivity is the biggest downfall. The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4015dn lacks Ethernet and WiFi, which means that you can't connect multiple devices. It would have also been nice to see added scan and copy functionality. The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4015dn lacks identity and is stuck in middle ground, offering home user connectivity with business print speeds!
