Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Cartridge Save is in my opinion a really good company. I have ordered from them for several years and their re-conditioned cartridges are good value and give good performance. I was particularly impressed with their handling of my most recent order, as when the cartridge arrived only 24 hours later, it would not click into my printer. I rang them and another cartridge was sent out to me the following day. They advised me to destroy the first cartridge and not to worry. All free of charge.
