The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4525DNF uses Epson T7012 ink cartridges. Epson T7012 ink comes in cyan; the cyan cartridge prints 3,400 pages.
Aimed at the small office market, the Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4525DNF is an all-in-one printer that represents excellent value for money. The WP-4525DNF is suited to the demands of the modern office with its excellent quality plain document printing and its low running costs. Unfortunately, the same can't be said about colour graphic printing – which fails to meet-up to the high expectations of an Epson printer.
Standing 46w x420d x 341h, mm, the Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4525DNF is fairly chunky and may pose problems for those of you struggling for desk space. The printer does, however, come with a 2.5" TFT display that allows you to easily navigate through the printers various menus. The multi-functional printer also features copy, scan and fax buttons which allow the user, at a touch of a button, to select print options with lightning speed and minimal fuss.
The Epson Workforce Pro WP-4525DNF has amazingly low running costs. For example, if you purchase the XXL cartridges it will only cost you 1p per mono page printed and 4.2p for a colour page. Furthermore the Epson DURABrite cartridges are easy to change, meaning it's simple and hassle free for the user. The WP-4525DNF also boasts fast print speed capability of 26ppm, making it a must for any office environment.
The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4525DNF can easily handle plain text documents but when it comes to rich-graphics - quality comes into question –banding and lack of clarity are the two main issues. Another downside is that the printer doesn't have built-in wireless technology, which could prove problematic if you haven't already got an office network.
