The Epson XP-600 uses Epson 26 ink cartridges. Epson 26 ink comes in black; the black cartridge prints 220 pages.
The impressive Epson XP-600 is an all-in-one printer dedicated to photo printing. This unit is also capable of delivering crisp and professional documents and can print on various media, including discs. Users can expect vibrant coloured output and solid black texts from the Epson XP600. It comes with built-in Wi-Fi and has PC-free functions. It uses MicroPiezo inkjet technology and has a maximum resolution of 5,760 x 1,440 optimised dpi. This unit does not have a fax machine or ADF, though.
The sleek and stylish XP-600 comes in matte black. It has a flatbed scanner with cover on top and a foldable paper tray on the base. The XP600 also features a large touch panel with 2.5 cm colour LCD display, plus memory card slots, a PictBridge port, and a USB socket. The Epson XP-600 has a dedicated 20-sheet paper tray for photos, a 100-sheet plain paper tray, and a special media support for DVD's and CD's.
Users can take advantage of the excellent photo layouts the Epson XP-600 has to offer. Even without a PC, users can print photos direct from the PictBridge and memory card slots. They can crop, edit, and select photos and even make index sheets and personalised notepaper using the LCD and touch panel. Since the Epson XP600 has Wi-Fi, it allows users to print directly from tablets and mobile phones. This unit delivers good quality scans and copies, too.
Though the Epson XP-600 has a handy automatic duplexer, it does not offer an automatic document feeder.
