Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I had problems with my Epson printer refusing to accept the compatible cartridge, even though I attempted it 5 times. I contacted Cartridge ave (Chloe) and I received a replacement cartridge the following day. It is safely installed and the printer is now working satisfactorily. Full marks to Chloe for her help.
