The HP Officejet Pro 9010 uses HP 963 ink cartridges. HP 963 ink comes in cyan; the cyan cartridge prints 700 pages.
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 is a multitasking unit capable of carrying out the functions of a printer, copier and scanner. This is an ideal machine for a small or medium-sized business that needs to create documents that feature excellent quality graphics. It can be used to print letters, guides, fact sheets and more, plus it is compatible with various media, including plain, matte, glossy and brochure paper. To make the many features simple to find and access, there is a 2.65-inch touchscreen with colour graphics that guide users through each stage of a process. Inside, there is a 1.2 GHz processor and 256MB of memory.
Measuring 17.28 x 13.46 x 10.94 inches, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 weighs 19.7 lb. It is quite a heavy machine, but two people could lift and reposition it quickly. When double-sided copies are needed, the duplexing function is automatic for print jobs and scanning. If staff are frequently required to work away from the office, they can stay in touch via the HP Smart app to copy, print and scan straight from their phone.
The print speed in monochrome is 22 pages per minute in professional mode or 32 pages per minute in general office mode. For colour, the speeds are 18 pages per minute in professional mode and 32 pages per minute in general office mode. The time to first print is 9 seconds in colour or 10 seconds in monochrome. The maximum resolution for colour prints is 4800 x 1200 dpi, while for monochrome it is 1200 x 1200 dpi. The duty cycle is a sizable 25,000 pages per month. The security features are especially robust, and the Wi-Fi is self-healing, so any connectivity breakdowns are rerouted to minimise problems for the team.
The black on white colour scheme is rather dramatic and may not be everyone's taste. Other than that there isn't much to criticise the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, It does not come with the USB cable that may be required for certain tasks, so that will be an extra expense but many people have a spare USB cable after years of them being the default option for printers.
