I am very satisfied with the Cartridge Save buying process and speed of delivery. I received my purchase the day after ordering in a clean package and no faults, It is as advertised and original HP product ,which slotted normaly in my printer and all working fine.This product HP 963 inst widely avaliable in retail shops and i was happy to come a cross the CartridgeSave website and find it and have it delivered to home. i ordered further cartridges as I wish to stock up and all delivered fast.

Ordered a full set of HP 963 cartridges. When I installed them, the black cartridge wouldn't work. I got help back from one of your advisors, tried the suggestions, but still no joy. She then arranged for a replacement black cartridge to be sent out to me straight away. Excellent service, would definitely use again and would recommend!!
