With advanced wireless capabilities, along with copying, scanning, faxing and printing functions, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 is a good choice for medium to large workplaces. It can be used to create a range of standard office materials from letters to full-colour reports and brochures containing photographs. Compatibility is available for a range of paper sizes and media, including glossy, tri-fold, matte and plain paper, along with cards and envelopes. In offices that mainly use wireless communications, this unit will fit in well, as it has full Wi-Fi capabilities, as well as the HP Smart app. This enables simple connections with cloud services, such as Apple AirPrint and Mopria.

Design

With 512 MB of memory and a 1.2 GHz processor, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 is a powerful printer that can make print runs more efficient. It measures 17.20 x 15.60 x 12.53 inches and weighs 26.44 lb, so users will need to take care when repositioning it. Along with a Wi-Fi connection, there is a USB 2.0 port, a host USB port and two RJ-11 modem ports.

Advantages

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 has swift printing speeds of 24 pages per minute in monochrome and 20 pages per minute in colour when using professional mode. In the faster general office mode, the speeds can reach 39 pages per minute in monochrome and colour. The time for the first page to print out is as low as 9 seconds for monochrome prints and 10 seconds for colour. The monthly duty cycle is 30,000 pages, which should be ample for the average small to medium-sized business. In terms of print quality, the highest resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi can be achieved in colour or monochrome on photo paper.

Disadvantages

In offices that need borderless printing, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 may not be ideal, as it only offers this feature on photo or brochure paper up to 8.5 x 11 inches.
