The HP Officejet Pro 8716 is designed to maximise a business’ printing capability, thanks to the fast print speeds and fantastic mobile connectivity that allows users to print from a range of devices. This Officejet printer is ideal for smaller workgroups and businesses, as well as home use, and it produces excellent value for money, professional standard prints in both black and white or bold colours. It is an all-in-one printer, so tasks can be managed easily, whether the model is being used to print, fax, scan or copy.

Design

The black HP Officejet Pro 8716 has been designed with busy modern offices in mind, enabling a range of tasks to be completed from one compact unit. It can fit up to 250-sheets of standard A4 paper in the input tray and there is a top loading sheet feeder for easy access when scanning, copying or faxing documents. This printer can also handle a range of other materials, such as photo paper, card, labels and envelopes, allowing users to quickly create the precise documents that they require.

Advantages

The HP Officejet Pro 8716 provides a highly efficient printer and the energy saving features help to reduce the overall cost of operation. Even when the unit has been idle it warms up extremely quickly and can print the first colour page in less than 10 seconds. Confidential documents can be protected to maintain privacy, by using HP JetAdvantage Private Print and every function can be managed through the touchscreen located on the front of the unit. Business users can achieve more by using the HP Officejet Pro 8716, including emailing scanned digital files direct to a PC and quickly creating two-sided documents.

Disadvantages

The size of the HP Officejet Pro 8716 and the range of functions it has perhaps makes it more suitable to office use, but it can as easily be used in the home.
