Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Superb service and backup from Cartridgesave. As usual HP did an update to the firmware on my HP7720 Pro printer and this caused the printer to reject perfectly serviceable ink cartridges from this company. Contacted CartridgeSave by phone and they sent me a complete new set by post the next day - NO CHARGE ! Amazing service, no quibbles, just resolved the matter without question. Highly recommend this company.

Usual excellent, no fuss service from Cartridgesave. Problem with HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 printer refusing to recognise cartridges (sigh)!. Contacted CSave who immediately despatched the latest replacedement Multipack - despite my having purchased the problematic cartridge late last year. Problem solved. Well done and thank you. Highly recommend this company.

These cartridges seem to be just the same as the branded ones. No problems using them and no loss of quality in the print. Excellent cost saving for no loss of quality. I will be buying those instead of the brand ones from now on.
