Your printer warranty is safe

Some months ago, I ordered in advance HP-957XL-PACK-REM for my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. When I tried to install them recently, they would not work as HP had completed a software upgrade. Your team recognised the problem instantly and supplied a replacement set of cartridges free of charge. Thank you for your wonderful support. I will know in future not to buy HP-957XL-PACK-REM until I am ready to install them as soon as they arrive. We have 3 printers in our house, colour laser, mono laser and colour ink jet and I would not consider going anywhere else for my toner / ink.
