Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Seem to work well, different shape to the original cartridge and took me a couple of minutes to work out exactly how it fitted but once installed it appears to be fine. During installation I managed to break of the small plastic tab used to remove the cartridge so will have to remove it using a pair of long nose pliers. As far as compatibles go they are reasonably good and not badly priced.

I'm delighted with theseLC-970BK cartridges. They worked straight away and installation was simple. The price was really good, great value. Delivery was advertised as next-day and arrived on time. I always use Cartridge Save for my cartridges and I would recommend these cartridges to anyone with this printer
