i was worried HP would block this compatible cartidge - instead it cured my leakage problem at about half the price - print quality the same as before. Now need blue cartidge - no problem in ordering again

Very unusally, I had a cartridge on my laser printer which started leaking. I telephones Cartridgesave who asked for a few details. received a replacemnt cartridge in the post next day. Excellent customer service with a real desire to deliver what customers want.

Good toner so far, we will see how long it lasts compared to the new units. Delivery was very prompt.
