I am already a long term customer with Cartridge-Save for compatible Cartridges on my HP3600n Printer and I had rarely a Problem wth the quality and functionality of their delivered goods. If there was a problem arising (which happened 4 times in over 8 Years and is admittedly unavoidable with that kind of goods) I always had first class advice on the phone and received substitution with functional goods within 24 hrs. These cartridges enable me to print colour Prints at a price of 12 pence pp (incl 80g paper) on my well-tuned and ultimately reliable 14 Year old HP Laser printer, which has no bad habits at all to accept the compatible cartridges. To my experience it is well worth to combine older generation printers (they have less cartridge acceptance problems) with compatible cartridges and my printer even supplies the functional monitor screen for the filling grade of the Cartridges in use! Cartridge-Save is ultimately recommendable! They even supplied me wit top quality Spare parts for this printer at a fraction of the cost for original spare HP parts. Frank P.
