Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Purchased compatible ink for the first time in years as previously had an issue not using genuine replacements. However, was convinced by the guarantee offered and am glad I did. The ink is working fine, no issues and great print quality. Also saved a shed load of money so I am very pleased. Next day delivery a bonus as there is no longer any need to have some spare just in case!

As always, fast delivery and free. I ran out of Epson black late on the Friday, was promised by Monday but they arrived in the Saturday post. How could I ask for more than that from them. Both of my Epson printers are loaded with their own brand cartridges which are great value and the printers have never been more happy. They work just fine. XX
