Our company have always used original cartridges in the past. These are now quite expensive so we thought we would try a compatible as they are guaranteed. It was installed a week ago and the printer is used every day at work on our trade counter. Installation was as straight forward as the original and so far no printing problems. If it lasts as long as the original, we will definitely buy the compatibles in future, especially as they are a lot cheaper.

Prompt delivery next day. Not had to install it yet but your last one is functioning fully but nearing the end of its toner

Very quick delivery, which is great if your printer has used up it's toner. As this is my first laser printer and I am not familiar with the usage bars when you call up the program, I haven't had to put the toner purchased into the machine yet. Before retiring the company I worked for used 'compatible' toners and we never had a problem with them so I don't envisage a problem with this one. S the 5 Star rating is at the moment for their delivery speed.
