Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I always order my replacement cartridges well in advance. When I came to fit these (all having expired at roughly the same time) they were rejected by my HP printer. I rang Cartidge Save who told me that since the cartridges had been sent (a year ago) HP had done a software upgrade to the printer and the cartridges I had would no longer operate without a new chip. Cartridgesave sent me a complete ‘batch’ of replacement cartridges at no cost and which arrived the next day. All worked with no problems. MOST IMPRESSED with the service I received.
