Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Toner arrived next day, only for postman to deliver it to the wrong house, went to retrive parcel from where he left it on the doorstep and it was missing. Phoned company and told them what had happened and they sent out another toner cartridge which I got the following day. So great sevice from Cartridgesave not so great service from Royal Mail

I've been using Cartridge save for well over ten years, I've bought countless cartridges for all our work printers, only ever had one problem in all those years which they replaced free of charge the next day. Honestly cant fault them
