Works well, end result are bit faded to start with, too expensive when an alternative CartridgeSave brand is at least half the price. Service and Next day delivery was spot on.

Manufacturers replacement image drums, work perfectly as they should. However when you replace them the amount of toner left in the bottom of the drum is significant. Invert the drum on a large sheet of paper, carefully shake out the toner and feed it into the new drum before refitting the toner cartridge. Do it carefully to avoid colour coating your office.
