I have dealt with this company on rare occasions and have always found them very efficient. This time, that is still true when I needed a set of colour cartridges fr an HP laser printer and have passed on the company info to the local church vicar who uses both inkjet and laser as the compatible cartridges seem fine to me and with a 3 year warranty.

we recently had to reorder colour toner as we had an issue with previous colour toner purchased in May and cartridge save having discussed the issue agreed to refund the previous toner which was excellent customer service. whilst it took a little time to resolve they did follow through and the refund was received. they are reasonable and fair and took ownership of the issue and resolved it to our satisfaction. well done!

The cartridges work brilliantly and there is no obvious difference in the quality of print yet they are much cheaper. Highly recommended.
