Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

This is my second purchase from CartridgeSave because the first purchase was very efficient and good value for money. I have recently only bought the branded version of my Samsung toner cartridges but tried a single compatible cartridge this time. I was pretty sceptical as I've bought so-called compatible cartridges before from other suppliers and they were not compatible. However, it was marvellous to find that this particular compatible cartridge is exactly what it says on the tin. I am delighted as it was far cheaper than the Samsung version. Incidentally, I phoned up the customer service before trying the cartridge as I was pretty nervous of unwrapping a cartridge only to find it didn't work. The service person was excellent. Really nice and very helpful. Top marks!
