Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

As the black on the printer (Samsung xpress c1810w) seemed to be fading (after about a year) time to order another from Cartridgesave. their 'compatible' black cartridge was just like an original, and the printer made no fuss at all when installing this one. The cartridge also arrived quicker than predicted, the next day by post. Great service as usual, although It would be great if they could have some kind of system, Freepost or similar, to get individual used cartridges back to them, for re-filling/re-engineering.
