Amazing quality and value for money

As I said on my Trust Pilot review, My printer gave me a message on Friday afternoon, to say that I needed to prepare a replacement cartridge for my Samsung printer. I phoned Cartridgesave late Friday afternoon, and the correct cartridge arrived at my home on Monday. How's that for EXCELLENT customer service?

Excellent service when the delivery company delivered to the wrong address, a replacement despatched immediately and a telephone call to check its arrival. And when the original order turned up next day a paid return label emailed to send it back, Brilliant.

The toner arrived quickly and as described. It was priced competitively compared to others suppliers. I have come to the conclusion that while compatibles may be much cheaper, the genuine article is much more reliable - my old compatible hadn't run out, but was leaving black splodges all over the paper!
