I have been using Cartridge Save for a couple of years. I use 6-9 cartridges a year. That makes me a small user YET, when I have to speak to them to verify things they treat you like you are THE most important customer there is. This is backed up by a fantastic delivery system. The term next day delivery in their case is, Order at 15.00 hrs and you get it by the post the next day which in my case is 09.00 hrs. That is a service system of about 18 hours! Now come to disposal of the used cartridges. You have to have a certain amount before they arrange collection. My only gripe- and a small one- it takes me a fair time to use a dozen or so cartridges but its not an issue. I mention it for balance.
