Really excellent customer service. I made a ‘small’ error with my order and Vicky (I know she said it was spelled differently from mine so sorry) came to the rescue and was fabulous. She sorted out my order which turned up in less than 12 hours of my telephone call. Thank you Vicky you are a credit to the company and thank you for the superb delivery service. By the way the product is working well and doing it’s job.

Whist the print cartridges for my Ricoh printer are quite expensive, Cartridge Save are the best priced online shop and always give a speedy service.

Very easy to install and give good print quality and a good price. A great shame that Ricoh seem to have stopped making this great printer. Inkjets are fine if you use them all the time, but if an occasional user the ink dries out
