Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.
In summary there’s zero risk in using our own-brand cartridges.

As usual, outstanding customer service, prompt delivery and high quality product. Even the pen they send with each order is high quality, and I have now taken to using it as a marketing tool for them - when people have borrowed, and commented on how good it is, I reply with 'their products and customer is even better' then let them keep the pen as a reminder, and I know at least a few of them have become new customers! the pen is much more effective than the card sent, so keep sending them!
