The 2581N+ wide forms printer accepts wide-format print tasks, able to print on media as large as 16.5x22 inches. The device is also good for custom size printing and it produces good quality resolutions up to 240x144 dpi. The Lexmark 2581N+ network printer is a good choice for a dedicated forms printer, though it has very limited functionality.
Design
The Lexmark 2581N+ printer has several design highlights. It uses a 9-pin dot matrix print engine, which produces good quality outputs, while its connective interfaces offer high-speed USB connection and networkable Ethernet. It has a front paper feeder, which automatically detects and processes either continuous or cut forms. The Lexmark forms printer 2581N+ even boasts an internal memory with a decent 512 Kb capacity.
