The cartridge still says it doesn’t fit I have tried everything even gave it to some one else to set up but still no luck But all in all you have done your best to resolve it so yes your service was great and I will be Using you again

Excellent Customer service from Mia McCalmont. Unfortunately she could not help me to return the product I ordered since I had opened it to check the fitting. I still have the items which I cannot use so if you want them please send me the return details. I do not want the money I paid for them Regards John
