Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I'm a regular user, have been with CartridgeSave for quite a few years, price OK, quality products, and fast and efficient service. Normally the compatible cartridges work fine. CartridgeSave seem to change supplier from time to time. With last purchase, had quality problem with two cartridges: the yellow one flooded toner all over the printer, and the blue one worked but made loud clicking noises. Phoned CartridgeSave and they replaced both items with next day delivery, and the replacements worked fine. Useful tip : leave yourself enough reserve stock in the office to allow for a couple of days' printing in case of a faulty supply. Bear in mind that compatible cartridges cost a lot less than HP originals, there can be odd glitches and this is where a good supplier values regular custom and irons out any glitches quickly.

Cartridge save are quick on delievery and also great on price. the 2nd time i ordered it was actually cheaper than the first time round which was fantastic. will certainly be recommending and ordering in the future.
