The ease of purchase, speed of delivery is excellent. The HP compactible toners are top quality, create no printer issues and give great print quality, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone.

Faulty cartridge quickly replaced. Item supplied initially showed "cartridge memory fault" and would not print. CartridgeSave replaced it with another one, no charge and delivered next day. So, lost one star for supplying faulty item, but four star service in quickly replacing it. This is fairly typical, unfortunately they do supply faulty items once in a while, but very quick to put things right. Ideally, would prefer they found a better supplier, to avoid the odd initial disappointments. If printing on a tight schedule, a faulty cartridge can be disruptive with work flow.

We are finding that some images in colour which are correct on screen, do not reproduce well on paper. In particular, both purple and green images reproduce with too much blue content from the "not-HP" compatible range. We have tried adjusting colour settings in the printer software, no noticeable change. Have asked around, some comments on HP user pages suggest it's an inherent weakness with HP software, which cannot reproduce violet properly, others say that "compatible" cartridges may not work as well as intended. Otherwise the catridges work well for less important work where it's mainly text and colour repro does not need to be so accurate. Price is obviously a lot better than HP originals.

Excellent customer service. Had a blip with two cartridges, but Cartridge save replaced each of them the next day and printer is working well with good clear colours.
