For some reason my bank wouldn’t authorise online payment with my regular card. When I telephoned Cartridgesave the staff member couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did he take card details over the phone, he also recommended I try the cheaper version of my usual HP cartridge. The delivery arrived the following morning and the replacement cartridge is working well. Thank you Cartridgesave.

I always receive a high standard of service. Ordering is quick and easy and very rare I've had a problem with the compatible cartridges I use, but If there is a problem it is quickly resolved. No complaints on price or quality. Use with HP deskjet1512, first time round it didn't want to accept the cartridge but once sorted, no problems. Highly recommend.
