Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Excellent, speedy and efficient service as usual but no pen this time, the cartridges work perfectly on my Canon printer, bit alarmed to see the prices have risen considerably since my last order earlier in the year, hope there isn't another price hike on the way or I may have to start looking for a new supplier.
