Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.
In summary there’s zero risk in using our own-brand cartridges.

I've had a printer of one sort or another for 20+ years. I’d never, ever bought compatible ink before, because I was always worried it might be a disaster. Then I found you lovely people! I left a message on your portal to ask if you gave a warranty for your inks (for Lloyds!). A few moments later, I found the warranty on your website, so took the plunge, and ordered my very first compatible dual ink supply, without waiting to hear from you - I just sensed I'd discovered something very authentic. The next day I had two lovely reassuring emails from your Customer Service department. Same day: your inks arrived! Installation was completely straightforward, the instructions were perfect, the printing is identical to the printer's brand. The price you charge is, quite literally, magical - much less than half price, with no deliver charge and next day delivery - what's not to absolutely love? My printer is an HP all-in-one printer and I had been, for the past few years, using their 'instant ink' programme. I bought HP ink from another supplier a couple of months ago, because HP's price increases didn’t make sense anymore. Suddenly, without warning, my printer was printing blanks - HP only seems to know about its own 'ink levels' for some reason (wink, wink) so your speed of delivery was especially appreciated. I'm left thinking: why has it taken me so long to discover you? In the words or Arnie: 'I will be back!' and I will spread the word. Thank you so much!
