Have used compatible cartridges in the past and have only ever had one problem. The cartridge itself was faulty but the compatible replacement works very well.

excellent service, previous one was faulty, a phone call and this arrived the next day as a replacement worked perfectly at no cost to me , would definitely recommend

Unfortunately the product arrived. Rubber missing to clean the contacts and cartridge failed to work showing no ink on the printer. Good news after tel call new cartridge sent and worked OK. Hopefully as it is compatable I should get 500 prints.
