Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

had a problem with one of the ink cartridges. phoned and spoke to a very nice lady who tried her best to sort it but when it couldn't be she immediately remedied the situation by sending me out a new cartridge FOC (plus i ordered and paid for another) that arrived promptly the next day! what a great firm. well done and many thanks.
