This is the second time I have used cartridge save.On this occasion the yellow cartridge failed to work and was replaced three times.Third time lucky!! Although this problem occurred I will certainly use cartridge save again because of the after care I received from them.The cartridges were replaced with no problem and I was never made to feel it was my fault.

The cartridge for My printer ( HP ) was easy to install with the instructions provided, print quality as good as the very expensive originals, would recommend this company and cartridges that they sell to all. Alan
