Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

The service was superb. I expected delays due to Christmas mail, but delivered as promised the next morning. Amazing. I will certainly recommend you. Question: If I had called you on Christmas day would it have been delivered on Boxing Day?

Have been using items for some time with good to average performance ie colour, longevity. Two weeks ago ordered replacement pack, quality was truly awful. Smuges, smears and red/blue overlay everywhere. Phoned CS and they sent fresh pack but result was same. Phoned again and this time they sent genuine HP product. What a difference! Excellent colour/clarity. Just goes to show, extra price but the real deal. Won't be ordering "compaatible" inks again.
