The Xerox Phaser 6700N is a high quality colour laser printer that is suitable for almost any office needing dependability and a high level of output. This printer has wireless capabilities, toner saving mode, booklet printing, scaling, edge enhance, brightness adjustment, eco-friendly features and more. Useful features, such as a simple control panel, make this printer great. It will get the job done quickly, since it prints lightning fast. The disadvantage that you might consider is that this printer doesn’t include any additional paper trays or feeders, and it doesn’t provide automatic, double-sided printing.
Design
The Xerox Phaser 6700N weighs 42.2kg and measures 560 x 516 x 429mm. It features a number of simple and useful buttons and a colour touch display. It is compact in size, so it will fit in almost any office. The colour scheme is white around the sides, with dark blue on the front and top edge, where you will find the paper output and control panel. The paper tray in the front is easy to load with plenty of paper.
Advantages
The Xerox Phaser 6700N is a hard working colour printer. It prints at a high speed of up to 45 ppm in colour and black. The excellent duty cycle is up to 120,000 pages per month. Wireless connectivity and mobile printing add convenience. Maximum print resolution is good, at up to 2400 x 1200 with enhanced image quality. The first print can be produced in as few as 8 seconds. It comes with two standard paper trays that both allow custom sizes and up to 150 and 500 sheets respectively.
Disadvantages
Unfortunately, the difference between the Xerox 6700N and the high end of the Phaser 6700 range is that it doesn’t include additional paper trays or feeders and doesn’t automatically print double-sided.
